Shipping policy

The time for order delivery is divided into 2 parts:

Processing time: 3-5 days
Shipping time: 12-26 days

• Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help us contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.
• Please double-check if your shipping address is accurate. If it's in a building, be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment) number, because some local couriers might not be able to find your address or even refuse to delivery if your address is not specific enough.
• Update your address before shipping if needed.

Import Tax

My carrier offers pre-paid tax services for most countries.You don't need to pay import taxes if your country didn't ask.But if your country asks you to pay import taxes,it's not my responsibility to pay for that.
