If items arrive damaged, defective, or we ship incorrect goods, please send clear photos and videos to our official email within 7 days after delivery.
We will reply to your inquiry within 24 working hours. Damaged goods do not need to be returned; we will arrange a free replacement or negotiate a partial refund.

All approved refunds will be processed via the original PayPal payment channel within 7 working days after confirmation.
