The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 3-5 business days
Shipping time: 5-18 days.

• Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help us contact you quickly if there are any isues with your order.
• Please double-check if your shipping address is accurate. If it's in a bulding, be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment) number, because some local couriers might not be able to find your address or even refuse to delivery if your address is not specific enough.
• Update your address before shipping if needed.

You can add your preferred characters and colors in the checkout notes when placing your order, or email us within 2 hours after the order is placed.
