However, we take full responsibility for the items inside your package. If any products arrive damaged during shipping, please send clear photos and videos of the damage to our official email LottieSelected@gmail.com 

We will resolve your claim within 24 hours. You don’t need to ship the damaged items back—we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
