Shipping Policy

The time for order delivery is divided into 2 parts:

Processing Time : 5-10 business days
Transit Time : 10-18 days

Our shop takes breaks on all official holidays.

Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help us contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.
Please double-check if your shipping address is accurate. If it's in a building, be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment) number, because some local couriers might not be able to find your address or even refuse to delivery if your address is not specific enough.
Update your address before shipping if needed.

To avoid disputes over customs fees, please read the following terms carefully before you place your order:

Our logistics provider offers pre-paid tax services for most countries and areas. If this service is available for your destination, you won’t get any extra tax bills from customs.
Responsibility Notice: If customs asks you to pay import duty, VAT, clearance fees or any other extra fees once your package arrives your country, all of these costs must be covered by you as the buyer. We will not pay, make up for, or refund any customs-related fees.There is also no refund if your package is returned because you don't pay the tax bills.
Each country’s customs office makes and updates its own tax rules, tax rates and duty-free limits. We have no control over these policies at all For example, all items shipped from overseas to places like Brazil will be charged import tax in line with local customs rules, and the buyer is responsible for settling the 60% tax and ICMS.
We will set a reasonable value for each package to make sure the package passes the custom successfully and it charges you less fee.
